I contacted Family Tree Roofing after a storm to look at my roof. They drove 1.5 hours, looked at the roof, and told me I was fine. It is good to know that there are still companies with integrity out there. Will use again if I having a roofing problem.

We had our home and shop roof replaced. Gary was very professional and was amazing at explaining everything. If we had any questions at any time he answered them right away. Both roofs were replaced in one day and the quality was excellent. The project manager Kevin was fantastic. He made sure to be available through the entire project and made sure everything was done properly and efficiently. He was also very personable and friendly. Lastly the crew was great and hard working. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with any roofing company.

I was looking for a roofing company and saw that Family Tree Roofing had 5 stars, so I called. Brandon was super nice and understanding. He met with my insurance adjuster, which was extremely helpful to me. I had never had a homeowner’s claim and he explained everything. He was very knowledgeable and his company did a great job on my roof. I would highly recommend his company to anyone, great job!

Working with Brandon & Family Tree Roofing has restored my faith in humanity. He has been honest, patient, kind, thorough, communicative, and trustworthy from day one. Recently, we discovered our 3rd roof leak of the year and called Brandon for the first time after having poor experiences with other roofing companies prior. He came out promptly and advised us regarding a budget-friendly fix. I asked what he’d do if it were his house, and he said he’d file an insurance claim for a new roof. At no point did he pressure us to make any specific decision. I knew we had made a good choice of who to call when he started with the most cost-effective solution rather than trying to “make a buck” and suggest the most nuclear option first. Brandon was always early, well-prepared, honest, and consistently under promised and over delivered. We ended up filing with insurance and getting an entirely new roof- new decking and all. While waiting for insurance, he even came out and tarped the house to prevent further damage. He walked us through the entire process and - the best part - truly put us first. In contrast to other contractors, even his paperwork protected us financially as the clients (instead of opening us up to liabilities should something go wrong with insurance). I recommend Brandon and Family Tree Roofing wholeheartedly— and that’s saying a lot because my standards are quite high! I’m so grateful we found Brandon & I hope you give him the chance to do right by you as well.

We searched for a roofing contractor after a recent storm and found Family Tree Roofing based upon reviews. They did not disappoint (understatement). Brandon and crew were very responsive, professional, efficient, and supportive through the entire process (which honestly didn't take very long). Our insurance provider was a little intimidating. Brandon was an impressive advocate regarding storm damages and need for repairs. Our insurance provider/representative actually made comment that Brandon knew what he was doing/justified needed repairs extensively. Within one day, our roof was replaced and clean up was perfect. I whole heartedly recommend you consider Family Tree if you need roof support. We are very happy that we did.

This can vary, but in most cases for our area it is every 15–18 years.

It depends on factors like roof age, extent of damage, and budget. If the damage is minimal, replacing only the affected shingles may be an option. However, for older or extensively damaged roofs, replacing the entire system may be more cost-effective.

What is the most common commercial roofing material?

TPO roofs are often considered the most common commercial roofing material because of their durability and resistance to the elements. Additionally, they’re often less expensive than other roofing options and can be installed relatively quickly.

TPO roofs consist of a rubber membrane that’s fused to a polyester fabric. This combination makes them resistant to tears, punctures, and hail damage, and they can withstand high winds and extreme temperatures. They’re also waterproof and help protect buildings from UV radiation.

Commercial roofing refers to the installation of commercial roofs for businesses, warehouses, and other large commercial structures. A commercial roof provides protection from the elements like snow and rain for the contents and occupants of the business inside. Dec 14, 2021

A residential roof tends to have a higher pitch than a commercial roof. It is smaller than a commercial roof in most cases The surface usually has nothing sitting directly on it, with the rare exception of solar panels. Openings in the roof are minimal, usually confined to chimneys, vent stacks, and skylights.

The truth is a commercial roof installed with any of the listed materials will last between 15 and 25 years when installed correctly. In other words, the longevity of your roof is largely dependent on the installation process and regular maintenance.

The price of installing a skylight can vary greatly, depending on the type of skylight and whether you complete the work yourself or hire a professional. The average price range is typically somewhere between $900 and $2,100, with the national average being approximately $1,500.

1. Skylights aren’t right for all roofs. Slick-framed roofs, built with indvidual rafters spaced as far as four feet apart, tend to be better suited for skylights because they leave enough room to cut and fit a skylight between the rafters Oct 1,2020

In fact, new skylights add tremendous value to your home. This small investment can have a major impact not only on energy savings but also on how your house will present to buyers when you decide to sell one day.
